Returns Policy

At Karratha Workwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below for details on how to return items and the process for exchanges and refunds.

 

1. Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll make it right! You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us at [sales@hedlandworkwear.com.au] with the following:

  • A description of the damage or issue
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Your order number

Once we’ve assessed the issue, we’ll offer a refund, exchange, or repair depending on the situation.

 

2. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange. These items include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom-embroidered workwear or products with personal branding
  • Sale items or clearance items
  • Underwear and socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

Please carefully review your order before purchase to ensure that all items meet your needs. If you're unsure about an item, feel free to contact us for clarification.

 

3. Exchanges and Refunds

  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If the item is available, we’ll gladly process the exchange. You may need to cover the cost of return shipping for exchanges.
  • Refunds: We offer refunds for returned items in original condition (unworn, unused, and with tags attached) within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for return shipping fees.

 

4. Return Process

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • A brief explanation of the reason for the return/exchange

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your item(s). Please ensure that all returns are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
